I got it the day it came out. Jade (AFI's guitarist) is the one most responsible for the music. Although, Davey openly admits that while recording the vocals, he was in a big DM phase, thus the DM influence on some of the tracks. Sometimes I'm reminded of "Stripped" or "Never Let Me Down". All of which I'm not complaining. However, I'm past being tempted to wear eyeliner and black. Been there, done that already. Very good album. I got it the day it came out.
